Terms & Conditions

  • All rates, schedules are as on date, subject to availability & changes at the time of actual booking & Final Payment.
  • Above or similar hotels will be used based on availability at the time of actual booking.
  • Please note your passport should be valid for at least Six months from your return departure travel into India.
  • All rates are based on prevailing rates/fares & taxes. Should there be an increase in hotel taxes, transport rates & allied services, the rates can change.
  • Please carry a valid identity proof (Passport, Driver's License, Adhaar Card, PAN Card etc.) as they are required during check in.
  • You are requested to provide the hard copies of the hotel vouchers at the time of Check in.
  • Hotel Check-In & Check-out time will be as per the hotel policy.
  • Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability of rooms and it may be chargeable.
  • There is no refund on unused services on tour, if missed, please note.
  • India Tour Around will not be liable for any Delay in Flight/Bus/Train or cancel due to any reason, Visa rejections and hotel cancellation policies would still stand as they are.

Booking Confirmation

  • For booking and confirmation of the package 50% advance payment to be deposit in company account.
  • Remaining 50% to be paid before 25 days of the commencement of travel dates.
  • For Air Tickets/Train Tickets/Bus Tickets you need to pay full amount via NEFT / Cash Transfer as we will instantly book the tickets at same time. To book tickets we need full payment in below bank details and your passport & PAN card copies. (Note: Air ticket cost is variable and may change at the time of actual booking)
  • Package cost is subject to change without prior notice. Package Cost is depend upon flight cost and hotel availability at the time of actual booking so please do confirm once again at the time of booking of your package.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Cancellation charges (land part) will be applied as per the cancellation policy below:

25% of cost of tour before 40 days or more days of departure.

50% of cost of tour before 21 to 39 days of departure.

100% of cost of tour before 20 days of departure.

Cancellation of one member may amount to cancellation of whole tour.

In case of delay or cancellation of flights/itinerary due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, India Tour Around will not be held responsible for refund or compensation of any kind (including curtailment of trip). India Tour Around will however try to make the best alternate arrangements and facilitate customers with best services possible. Any additional expense incurred due to such cancellations would have to be borne by the customer.

NOTE:- FOR CANCELLATION OF TOUR CUSTOMER NEED TO SENT WRITTEN COMMUNICATION ON E-MAIL/WHATSAPP/TEXT MESSAGE WITH A PHONE CALL.

**ALL THE EMAILS SENT REGARDING HOTEL BOOKING ARE SUBJECTED TO AVAILABILITY OF THE ROOMS IN THE RESPECTIVE HOTELS. UNTIL ADVANCE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT NO BOOKING CAN BE CONFIRMED. INCONVENIENCE REGRETTED**

 The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as Air/Train/Bus Tickets or any third party product, then India Tour Around is liable to recover cancellation charges from it’s customer as per cancellation terms of respective Airline/Railways/Bus operator or the cancellation terms of respective third party. India Tour Around is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services from the Customer.
